VoterGA announced in the release of their intent to file for both temporary and permanent injunctions to ban the "cloud computing scheme" regarding the storage of personal voter information.

Atlanta, Georgia (TRL) - The Georgia-based election integrity group, VoterGA, announced a 15-point analysis in a press release this week that provides conclusive evidence of electronic manipulation of the results of the November 2020 Fulton County election.

- The analysis is backed by a year-long study of ballot images by expert volunteer researchers, the results of which can be verified through publicly available ballot images.
- It was discovered that over 17,000 certified voters in Fulton County have no ballot images.
- All in-person ballot images are missing for the original count, with the total reaching over 374,000.
- The non-profit group announced that Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger violated election privacy laws, competitive bid practices, and "exceeded authority given him by the General Assembly" with regards to a "cloud computing scheme" whereby personal voter registration information would be stored in the cloud.
- The citizen group asserts that Raffensperger could have made the same conclusion and analysis before certifying the 2020 Presidential Election.
Ballot image research was made possible when the Georgia legislature passed Senate Bill 202 in 2021, making ballot images publicly accessible. Over the course of the project, ballot images throughout the Peach State were collected by a VoterGA Open Records Request Team.
Former Georgia State Representative Paul Broun made an appearance at the Atlanta-based press conference alongside Favorito.
"I am going to do everything I can to help fight this misuse of that office of Secretary of State. He's got to go. its absolutely critical that we make sure that legal voters in this state have every opportunity to vote wherever they want to, for whomever they want to, and that their vote counts. This is absolutely critical as we go forward...Brad Raffensperger is breaking the law. He's broken the law. We're going to hold him accountable."

VoterGA founder, Garland Favorito, compared Fulton County to Cobb County, which the latter destroying "most or all" of their original November 2020 Election images, despite federal and state law. VoterGA announced earlier this year that several counties either destroyed surveillance footage or attempted to price gouge for access to the recordings, even asking for as much as $15,000.
“In fairness to Fulton County, they did preserve enough of their ballot images to make some of our research possible. Other counties, like Cobb, destroyed most or all of their original November 2020 images despite federal and state law. This tampering and destruction is proof positive why Georgians cannot trust the 2020 election results. We desperately need an independent multi-county audit immediately to secure our elections before 2022 primaries.”

Referring to Raffensperger, Favorito stated that "when he did the cloud computing scheme he violated election privacy laws."
The VoterGA co-founder brought up House Bill 933, which was introduced in the Georgia House of Representatives on January 14 of this year, and is described in summary as "relating to elections and primaries generally, so as to revise provisions related to the retention and preservation of ballots and other election documents; to remove provisions for keeping such ballots and documents under seal; to provide for the inspection of such ballots and documents under certain conditions; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes."
The sponsors of the bill include Representatives Shaw Blockmon, Jan Jones, and Will Wade of Georgia's 146th, 47th, and 9th districts respectively."HB933 will make physical ballots public record." Favorito stated in the press conference, possibly giving Georgia voters a boost of election integrity morale.

Favorito introduced former Georgia Rep. Dr. Paul Broun to the audience as "...going to be the lead plaintiff on the lawsuit to stop this cloud computing scheme." Georgia State Representatives Charlice Byrd and Sheri Gilligan also plain to join the lawsuit with Broun, the pair of whom represent the 20th and 24th districts respectively.

"The Secretary of State could have done the same analysis and reached the same conclusions...before he certified the 2020 election." stated the non-partisan Georgia election integrity group, further asserting that "This lawsuit is about holding Brad Raffensperger responsible."
The Georgia State Primary Election is May 24, 2022, with the possibility of a June 21 primary run-off election before the General Election on November 8, 2022 and a possible December 6 general run-off.
