O'Keefe's confrontation video with Mark Cuban was released a year after its capture, the same MO used in the Jordon Walker Pfizer story.

Former owner of the Dallas Mavericks, Mark Cuban, tweeted on Saturday about an interaction he had when he was confronted by former Project Veritas CEO, James O’Keefe, during a gym class.
“So James O’Keefe decided to ambush me during the water break of my workout class. I wanted to give the highlights as I enjoyed the conversation,” Cuban said in a tweet on Saturday, January 13th.
“First the part I enjoyed most (sic.) I asked him if he was recording this. Of course he was. He wouldn’t answer.'“ Cuban said. “He kept mumbling shit.”
Cuban announced in late November his decision to sell the Dallas Mavericks, while James O’Keefe seems to continue to try to stretch his Jordon Walker Pfizer story as long as he can.
“So I looked him in the eyes and called him a Motherfucking Pussy. I asked again,” Cuban said. “I think the 2nd time I may not have MF’d him.”
“The next 2 or 3 times I asked, as we were walking, and he deflected, I definitely called him a motherfucking pussy,” Cuban added.
“As far as his questions. He asked why I thought he was a liar when it came to the Pfizer ambush video he did. I told him it was because he told CPAC that the video said that Pfizer had actually mutated the virus,” Cuban said.
“They didn’t,” Cuban asserted.
- He asked why if I supported DEI, I wouldn’t put We Wei on the Mavs. I told him only a motherfucking moron thinks DEI is about quotes. It was in the middle of an hour leg day, I was going to MF everything lol,” Cuban tweeted.
Then he asked why I blocked her. I didn’t initially, I just muted her, but every time I posted something she post would the same shit over and over, which led to all the replies repeating the same ridiculous shit. So I blocked her,” Cuban stated.
“And then it was time to get back into class and that was it,” Cuban said. “Hope you got a good work out in (sic.) James O’Keefe.”
This event actually happened in 2021, and the tweet storm which began on Januar 4th got the attention of one, Mike Cernovich.
“If James O’Keefe offers to bring you unedited video. [sic.] Will you watch it.” Cernovich asked.
“The video is from 2021. No mention of that. He does stand up in front of IBM to make it appear as if it’s new. He says it’s in light of IBM leaving X (Twitter),” Cuban tweeted in a response to Cernovich. “You can’t say that making it appear as if it were new isn’t misleading.” (emphasis mine)
This is a strategy which O’Keefe has employed in the past, and indeed, the one he used to “break” the Jordan Walker story. The confrontation with Walker was also recorded a year prior to its release. It is still unclear as to why such a seemingly important story would be sat upon for an entire year by a so-called leader in independent journalism.
